Working within the Information and Technology Group, as an Analyst you will develop and implement policy, procedure and guideline documents, contribute to developing and improving services and provide general support in order to meet the demand and operational needs of both the IT Operations team, and staff.

- Experience and proven track record providing analysis and a range of support services in the context of information technology operations
- Experience in operational support in a government context
- Experience in process improvement, vendor engagement, customer management and technical administration of software and hardware

Salary range: $79,598 $96,372 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
