Alpha Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Body Corporate Manager for an exciting permanent position located in the Wellington CBD. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include attending Unit Title meetings, providing body corporate advice to stakeholders, and taking minutes. You will need to demonstrate that you have: At least one year of previous experience working as a Body Corporate Manager At least three years of previous experience working in property management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A strong understanding of the Unit Titles Act At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite Strong relationship-building skills This is an on-site position.
