Job Description
Summerset Paraparaumu is looking for an experienced Gardener to join the property team at our village!
About the Role:
This is a busy and diverse role, assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day garden maintenance activities, such as trimming, panting and weeding.Therefore, you will need to be organised and efficient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring well maintained, beautiful gardens and landscapes
- Ensuring the buildings, grounds and amenities are kept clean and tidy for residents, families and staff to enjoy
- Working with the Property Manager & Village Manager to plan, manage and report on work plans and budgets
- Maintaining a professional, friendly and welcoming appearance and manner for all residents & families
This is a casual contract working on and 'if and when required' basis - in particular during peak growth periods & to provide cover during staff leave.
