You'll collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, governance, and alignment with the organisation's strategy. You'll bring your expertise to the table, providing solutions that are as strategic as they are effective.Key Responsibilities:Architect Complex Data Solutions: Lead the design and development of robust data architectures, bringing your strategic thinking to projects with immediate impact.Data Modeling: Utilise both conceptual and logical data modeling methodologies to design solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring the right approach for each scenario.Data Governance: Implement and oversee data governance policies to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security across the company's data assets.Platform Implementation: Design and oversee the implementation of data management platforms, dimensional models, and analytics solutions to optimise data architecture.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with a variety of database systems, data platforms, and integration frameworks, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.Leadership & Engagement:
Project confidence and leadership in your interactions with stakeholders, driving the conversation around data strategy and best practices.What You'll Bring:Experience: several years of experience architecting large, complex data solutions.Data Modeling Expertise: Strong knowledge of conceptual and logical data modeling methodologies, with the ability to choose the best approach for each situation.Governance Implementation: A deep understanding of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity.Platform Design & Implementation: Proven experience designing and managing data platforms, dimensional modeling, and meeting analytics requirements to deliver effective data architectures.Strong Communication Skills:
You excel in both written and verbal communication, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders with ease.Key Skills:Bridging Technical and Non-Technical Worlds: You can communicate complex ideas to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, building relationships and ensuring clear understanding at all levels.Governance Leadership: You'll define and evolve data governance frameworks, collaborating across the business to ensure effective governance and compliance.Strategic Decision-Making: You're comfortable making decisions in high-impact, high-complexity scenarios, gaining consensus among diverse stakeholders.Driving Strategy: You'll help shape and challenge strategies, standards, policies, and roadmaps,
