We are looking for a full-time Front Office Assistant Manager (40hrs a week) to join our Front Office reception team.
The Role: Work with the management team to develop, review and maintain Cordis service quality standards Provide training to new Cordis colleagues Encourage and motivate our Guest Service Agents to achieve KPIs by leading by example and taking initiative in creating moments of WOW for our guests Be the first point of contact for all situations that may arise and liaise with relevant departments, individuals,
and third parties Promote revenue-generating opportunities by enabling a culture of showing the guest the best the hotel has to offer Our Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position or a level 4 degree Flexible availability – to be successful, you will need to be able to work morning and afternoon shifts across a 7-day rotating roster.
Hold a General Manager's license or working toward one.
Strong PMS skills are a must.
