Are you a qualified builder or an experienced building inspector/surveyor seeking an exciting role? We currently have a flexi-time position available, with a focus on flexibility and work-life balance.
Inspector Role:
As a House Inspector, you will be an employee responsible for conducting various inspections to evaluate the overall condition of residential properties prior to sale or purchase. We use a streamlined software system to complete reports within hours of the inspection. We cover a range of inspections, including Pre-Purchase, Pre-Sale, Healthy Homes, and Building Condition Reports. This role will have flexible hours 3-4 days per week (can be negotiated). Full training will be provided.

We are a Tauranga-based house inspection company locally owned and run and we have been offering top-tier building inspection services in the Bay of Plenty, Auckland, and Waikato since 2015. Our reputation is built on our efficient and thorough reporting. We work with diverse clientele, including homeowners, real estate agents, property managers, and construction professionals.
What We Are Looking For:
*Qualified builder / residential inspector / property surveyor with BOINZ, NZIBS, or similar qualifications and/or someone with extensive experience with and knowledge of NZ building systems and products.
*Minimum 5 years in the building industry
*Full driver's license
*Tauranga or Hamilton Based
* A registered building surveyor qualification would be highly beneficial
