The role of Billing and Payment Analyst has been established to:
Undertake financial tasks to a consistently high standard, mainly the processing of Billing and Payments
Provide quality support to the Revenue and Reporting Systems Manager and other Managers as required
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with the following attributes and qualifications:
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
Proficient keyboard skills and software literacy.
Proven interpersonal skills
Ability to operate in a busy and changing environment, showing sound judgement and a professional approach
Confidence and assertiveness
Ability to work unsupervised demonstrating independence and drive
Team player who supports and actively works towards achieving the team goals
Technical knowledge of Telecommunications Industry an advantage
