We are a growing Ngauranga Gorge based mortgage broking firm looking for a couple ambitious business/commerce students to join our team.
In this role, you will be assisting our mortgage brokers with various tasks, meeting with new clients, collecting documentation, co-ordinating home loan applications and other tasks as needed!
This role will expose you to the inner workings of the world of mortgage broking, and you will be provided with full training. This role would be ideal for someone with a background in Commerce, Finance or Business and interested in the property market in New Zealand as there will be opportunities for career grow in this role for the right candidates.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous administration experience, particularly working on a computer and inputting data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong eye for detail
- Well presented and friendly demeanor
This is a permanent part-time position that will require a minimum commitment of 10 hours each week . The shifts are flexible, but we are ideally looking for someone who can commit to a regular weekend shift. There is also the possibility for the right candidate to be offered a full-time position once you've completed your studies.
Preferably you'll have access to your own reliable transport as we are located in Ngauranga.
