About us

We are a proud New Zealand Co-operative built by generations of farming whānau. We believe nutritious food is essential to sustain people today, and for future generations to thrive, which is why we challenge ourselves to find new ways to bring our dairy goodness to people around the world.

About the opportunity

We are currently looking for a project administrator to join our Global Service Operations team, based in Hamilton.

You will work alongside Project Co-Ordinators and internal stakeholders to support the administrative tasks that any project requires to be a success. You will be responsible for raising purchase orders for the Project/s as required, and monitor spend of the project/s against both purchase orders and the budget, raising any potential issues with the Project Co-ordinator. You may be required to take meeting minutes, book meetings and travel, and generally will be the glue that holds everything together.

This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a large, multinational corporation that has an appetite and drive for change. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be a vital part of any project that you are involved in.

About you

We’re looking for someone with ideally 2-3 years’ previous administration experience in a mid-large sized company. You will have second-to-none communication skills – both written and verbal – to engage well with internal and external stakeholders. A natural at dealing with ambiguity, you’ll have exposure to working in a fast-paced environment and have impeccable attention to detail. You will be willing to tackle any task put before you, while at the same time having the support of a much larger team around you. You will be able to work autonomously, and be capable of juggling multiple priorities all at once.
