About the role

the Customer Service Manager will develop strategy, staff development programs, identify, optimize sales and growth opportunities along with seeking process and procedure efficiencies.
Working alongside the NZ Sales and our Operations team, the Customer Service Manager will have a deep understanding of their challenges and support them with identifying, following up and capitalising on all sales opportunities. Leading, empowering, coaching and mentoring the customer service team will form the silent responsibilities of this role.
