What the position will involve:
- Complete supplier reconciliations in following month end
- Chase suppliers for any outstanding statements
- Resolve all supplier issues efficiently
- Complete weekly and monthly payment runs
- Enter all supplier invoices and payments accurately into general ledger
- Prepare and pay all employee expenses on a monthly basis
What are we looking for?
- At least 2-3 years AP and AR experience
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Comfortable with a range of computer systems
- Good communication skills
- An eye for detail
- Accuracy and well organised
