Your Role:



As part of the project delivery team sitting within the Capital Projects and Asset Development (CPAD) and reporting to the Project Manager, you will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes. As field delivery arm of the ANP, you will ensure quality delivery of the teams' various civil, rail, and construction projects across the network, representing and protecting the interests of KiwiRail during the construction phase of a project. Our programmes of work include, but are not limited to Wiri to Quay Park, Papakura to Pukekohe and CRL (City Rail Link).



Your Skills:









As an experienced Construction Manager you will bring proven success in delivering projects in the Civil, Structural and/or Infrastructure industries. Candidates with previous rail experience will be highly regarded and given priority, however we welcome applications from associated infrastructure disciplines.



Equipped with advanced communication and interpersonal skills you also possess a methodical mindset and tenacious approach to your work. Your ability to form strong, long-lasting relationships enables you to effectively manage contractors to achieve positive project outcomes.



Most importantly we are looking for someone with a proactive mindset that can work in an ever-changing landscape and get stuck in.
