As a 100% Kiwi-owned business, they are now seeking a full-time Pharmacist Manager to lead a busy Wellington pharmacy, overseeing both dispensary and retail operations.
Key Requirements:
- NZ Registered Pharmacist with a current APC.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with staff, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication skills and precision in all aspects of pharmacy practice.
- Ability to make sound clinical decisions and lead staff effectively.
- Understanding of financials, with the ability to achieve goals and targets.
