Here's where you can really make your mark!About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Nurse to join the Emergency Department nursing leadership team as either our Kidz First ED or Acute Adult ED Charge Nurse Manager!In this fast-paced environment, as a Charge Nurse Manager you will need excellent innovation, interpersonal and communication skills.

About you Are you an experienced senior nurse looking for an exciting and rewarding challenge of leading a high performing team?







To be successful in this role you will need : New Zealand Nursing RegistrationCurrent Annual Practicing CertificateMinimum 7 years recent and relevant experienceAcute nursing experience, ED experience preferredAcute paediatric experience preferred (for Kidz First CNM role)Masters' qualification or are currently working towards thisDemonstrated expertise in setting standards and managing excellence in practice Ability to provide coaching and mentoringProven leadership and staff management experience About us With a growing population base and a commitment to innovation, research and professional development, Health New Zealand-Te Whatu Ora -Counties Manukau District is an exciting place to develop personally and professionally.
