About the role
We are looking for a H&S; HR Coordinator to join the team at our Auckland site.
The competitive remuneration package will be based on your experience and qualifications.
As the site H&S; HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for :
- Leading and engaging the team in the HSW strategy
- Providing sound advice on H&S; and HR matters on site
- Preparing and assisting with site audits A&V;, ACC, Safe+, Social Responsibility
- Management of ACC Injury Management
- Conducting investigations on events across site
- Full HR Life Cycle Recruitment, Onboarding, Engagement & Rewards, Disciplinary procedures, Offboarding & exit
Qualifications

For this role, you’ll need :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to self-manage and use initiative
- Sound H&S; HR Knowledge (full life cycle)
- Proven working experience in a similar role
- A positive influential attitude with the ability to see and bring out the best in people
- Previous experience in ICAM, JSA’s, Risk Assessments
