Smith & Caughey’s, one of New Zealand’s leading beauty retailers in conjunction with Clinique are seeking a Counter Manager.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week, from Sunday to Thursday at our Queen Street store.

To be successful in this role you must present a proven background in both the retail and beauty sectors, exceptional customer service skills and a high standard of grooming.

This role involves driving performance through reaching KPI’s,





accountability for counter sales and staff progression and development.

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about the Clinique brand, and be able to lead the team with confidence and enthusiasm.
