The candidate must have the ability to assess farm conditions and recommend appropriate products and solutions to optimize soil health, plant growth, and overall crop and animal performance. This contract-based position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000-$110,000 per year. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in agricultural science.
Qualifications for Agribusiness Consultant:
- Bachelor's degree in agricultural science, agribusiness, commerce, or environmental science.
- Previous experience in farming or agribusiness is highly valued.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with organic farming practices and bio-stimulant additives.
Responsibilities for Agribusiness Consultant:
- Advise farmers on crop and livestock production, including nutrient management and sustainable farming practices.
- Develop farm management plans to optimize productivity and environmental sustainability.
- Conduct field assessments and experiments to improve farm operations.
- Provide training and support to farm staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with clients.
