The Role
- Ensure all food preparation is meeting the required hygiene standards and required standards set by the Chef
- Ensure a clean and safe work area, including machinery
- Prepare all food items as per the standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimising wastage
- Work in all areas of our kitchen including but not limited to; Eight Restaurant, In Room Dining, Gardemanger
- Assisting other Chefs when required
Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Relevant culinary qualifications would be preferred
- Require Food hygiene certificate
- A welcoming personality who will naturally share their passion for food with guests
