Job Description

About the role

We are looking for a H&S; HR Coordinator to join the team at our Auckland site.

The competitive remuneration package will be based on your experience and qualifications.

As the site H&S; HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and engaging the team in the HSW strategy
- Providing sound advice on H&S; and HR matters on site
- Preparing and assisting with site audits – A&V;, ACC, Safe+, Social Responsibility
- Management of ACC – Injury Management

- Conducting investigations on events across site
- Full HR Life Cycle – Recruitment, Onboarding, Engagement & Rewards, Disciplinary procedures, Offboarding & exit
