We are looking for a new duty manager to join the team at Tobi. Open from the morning til late at night, Tobi is a casual and reliable all day restaurant that delivers classic European cuisine with a modern twist. In terms of service, Tobi's approach is somewhat relaxed but incredibly warm, inviting and friendly.This role requires at least a year of being a duty manager at a large restaurant since Tobi seats 120 people, meaning that you are required to hold all the necessary certifications such as manager's licence and LCQ.





You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient service and high level of standard is achieved while working closely alongside the venue manager and owner.It is preferred that you have a strong knowledge on food as well as wine. But most importantly, we are looking for someone who is persistent with a great work ethic to join our team.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a duty manager?Do you hold a current New Zealand General Managers certificate?
