ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a dynamic and creative marketing team where you’ll be responsible for all things digital. From capturing stunning product photos and videos, to creating eye-catching social media campaigns, this role offers the chance to truly own the brand's digital touchpoints. Working closely with a talented Graphic Designer, you’ll ensure content is polished and ready to shine online, while also flexing your digital marketing muscles by managing both organic and paid social media campaigns, Google Ads, and Mailchimp EDMs.
You’ll report to a friendly and supportive Head of Marketing, and be part of a close-knit, stable team of four. If you’re looking for a varied and creative role that allows you to take the lead on content and digital marketing, this is the perfect opportunity!
- Capture and edit photos and videos of new products for social media and website content.
- Lead organic and paid social media campaigns to boost brand engagement.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and improve online visibility.
- Oversee the straightforward email marketing campaigns (using Mailchimp) to enhance customer communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and innovate the brand’s digital presence.

Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation. You’re comfortable driving digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and email platforms, while also producing and optimising visual content to ensure a seamless brand presence online.
A collaborative and proactive mindset is key to succeeding in this supportive team environment.
- Proven digital marketing experience, with skills in Google Ads and social media management (organic and paid).
- Skilled in content creation, including product photography and videography for social and web channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (basic image resizing and retouching) and CMS platforms.
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
- A proactive team player, with strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.
