We are looking for exceptional people to be our new Village Assistant's. You will be a crucial part of our start-up team at Summerset's stunning new Boulcott Village located in Lower Hutt .
We have part time fixed-term contracts as well as casual contracts available through to 31st May 2024.
Our Village Assistants are in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families.
The Village Assistant role provides great diversity,
therefore you would provide a degree of operational, and administrative cover for our village on a rotating shift roster.
We have the following 1 position available :
NIGHT SHIFT : 12.00am - 8.30am
The part time fixed-term contracts will be on a rotating roster that guarantee's you a 56 working hour fortnight, as well as two weekends off in a month, allowing great work-life balance.
These roles are responsible for being the first point of contact for all Village related matters whilst on duty.
Free onsite parking is provided for all shifts.
The PM and nightshift are an "awake" role in which you will be in sole charge whilst on duty and be required to respond to any emergency situations which may arise.
You may also carry out a range of tasks from data entry through to logistical village support.

This is accomplished within the context of ensuring that the residents feel supported and secure and enjoy living within Summerset's Villages.
Due to NZ Immigration requirements, we are obliged to consider candidates that already have the right to work in NZ for this role first.
