We have an exciting opportunity to support the Director Medical Services at Hutt Hospital as an Executive Assistant. In this role you will provide proactive, high quality and effective senior executive assistant to the Director Medical Services.
This is a busy and varied role which will require you to be able to think quickly on your feet and you must be able to show initiative and take a "big picture" approach.
Your duties will range from complex management of diary,
travel and events to assisting the Director of Medical Services to maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.

The role of the Director Medical Services is to provide strategic medical leadership across the health system hospital, community and aged residential care.
The Director Medical Services is supported by Clinical Directors, Clinical Heads of Departments and includes the Executive Assistant.
The role of the Director Medical Services includes the provision of strategic and professional advice, stakeholder engagement, leading and supporting projects and programmes of work.
Moū About you
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience :
- Proven experience in a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant role
- Provide outstanding support and administration
- Management of complex diary, travel, events, paper and information flow
- You will need to bring a can-do attitude and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Confidence in using Microsoft applications
- Efficient and proven minute-taking skills
