Job Description
As Commis Chef, you'll assist our chefs in preparing and cooking meals across various outlets, including breakfast, dinner,





and room service. We're looking for a versatile candidate who can work across multiple sections, including cold larder, à la carte, and breakfast. You'll manage mise en place, monitor stock levels, and ensure all food is stored according to the highest health and hygiene standards.
As a vital team player, you'll efficiently oversee your section, maintain strict stock rotation, and ensure every dish meets our top-quality standards. Qualifications
Trade qualifications and prior experience in the hotel industry are preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety requirements.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills,





enabling effective communication with team members at all levels.
Willingness to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
