This role plays an integral and exciting part in bringing our vision to life. Championing collaboration as well generating new profitable business opportunities within the commercial and residential sectors.
You will be someone who enjoys developing and growing a sales team and leading them to success. You will be used to leading by example and will eagerly front significant market opportunities when required.
The measures of success will be:
- Alignment to the regional operations team
- A successful and satisfied team
- Retention and growth of our existing clients
- Key new to business clients being added to our branch network
- A refined sales and account management process maximising our sales peoples time in the field.
We're looking for
- 3+ years' experience in a Sales Manager role where you have obtained a reputation for being a great leader
- Have managed a team of at least 5 direct reports previously.
- Experience in securing new business opportunities with large revenue values
- Strong ability to inspire, engage and influence a sales team to success
- Proven experience establishing a solid sales framework
- High levels of written & verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstratable experiences in tenders ,
RFP's and associated contractual negotiation,
- Good project management skills and techniques
The role can be based in Wellington or Palmerston North and comes complete with a very competitive remuneration package including vehicle, incentive program and other employee benefits.
