We have an exciting Fixed Term opportunity until June 2025 supporting our Operations & Business Development team.
The Operations & Business Development team is a collaborative and social group whose core role is the processing and monitoring various types of applications. They also provide advice and guidance to customers on a range of regulatory matters and monitoring compliance with bylaws and legislation.
This role is an interesting and customer focused administrative role where you can apply your critical thinking and effective communication skills.
You will be working in a team which has developed an environment of care and attention to others wellbeing needs. They frequently check in on one another and collaborate on issues to ensure the clear and consistent advice and outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the team to assist with workloads.
- Process alcohol licensing requests and renewals
- Support the interview process of Duty Manager
About you:
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to use initiative to solve problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent people management skills
- Ability to follow processes with a great attention to detail.
- Comfortable working to clear timeframes and prioritising work as appropriate
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers
We are looking to appoint from $60,074 per annum, for this role, depending on relevant skills and experience.
