and motivated by hope/tumanako.This role is responsible to:Effectively engage with and teach Biblical Studies in Y10–13Continue to develop effective unit/standards which respond to student needsSuccessfully lead and mentor faculty team membersPromote and support faculty professional developmentOversee the Lifelab devotional programmeEnsure whole school assessment, reporting, and moderation practices are being adhered toContribute to strategic Senior School meetingsLead events/activities that support the school-wide special characterThe successful candidate will have:A theological qualification and be a NZ registered teacherA high degree of pedagogical knowledge and learning strategiesA desire to see young adolescents understand, and grow in faith, Christian worldview, and knowledge of the scriptures.A proven ability to relate well and be culturally responsive to a diverse range of staff and studentsBe innovative and digitally proficientBe capable of developing sustainable systems of departmental evaluation and improvementChampion the language, vision,
