**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Service Excellence:** - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. - Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services. - Develop a thorough understanding of our offerings to address customer needs effectively.

2. **Issue Resolution:** - Analyze customer issues promptly and troubleshoot to reach resolution. - Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries that require additional support. - Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system.

3. **Data Analysis:** - Review support trends and gather data to identify recurring issues and propose solutions. - Assist in generating reports to track key performance indicators and help drive improvements.

**Time Management:** - Prioritize requests and manage time efficiently to handle a high volume of support inquiries. - Ensure seamless follow-up with customers to check the status of ongoing issues or requests.

5. **Training and Development:** - Stay up-to-date with company products, policies, and procedures. - Share insights and suggest enhancements to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

6. **Feedback and Collaboration:** - Provide feedback to management on trends and opportunities for service improvement. - Work collaboratively with other team members to create a supportive and productive work environment.

**Requirements:**

Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a customer service support role, preferably within a technical or service-driven environment. Personality Traits:**

Soft Skills:**
