We're looking for two new members for our team to help ensure our busy Tip Shop and Recycle Centre is resourced and up to meeting the customer demand.
You will be someone who can instantly engage with people and deliver an excellent customer experience as you will be dealing with the public receiving, sorting, and diverting goods that would otherwise go to Landfill. Rain, hail, shine (or wind!) you will be comfortable working at our operational site,
on your feet with your high energy and positive attitude.
We have two positions available:
- Thursday to Saturday - Fixed term role ending 31st of March 2025
- Sunday and Monday - Fixed term role ending 31st of March 2025
You will be responsible for:
- Manually loading and unloading goods from vehicles pricing and displaying goods in the Tip Shop sales and cash handling
- Processing e-waste performing daily
- Cleaning tasks providing informative and friendly advice to customers about correct use of our recycling facilities

You will bring to this role: a good level of physical fitness excellent communication skills competency using computers (i.e.,
ability to learn the touchscreen point-of-sale operating system) and most importantly heaps of enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
We are a living wage employer ($27.80/hr) and provide complete training to ensure you are able to perform all required tasks.
