The role:
Black Pepper are seeking a part-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our wonderful team at Sylvia Park store! You will be supported by a great team working 20 hours per fortnight with every second weekend off!
Our Retail Assistants pride themselves on spoiling our customers with a unique and honest shopping experience that leaves them looking great and feeling fabulous!
To achieve this, you:
- Create genuine in-store experiences with our customers to understand their needs
- Style customers to ensure they look and feel great
- Participate in store events (such as morning teas and charity events)
- Assist the team in the day to day running of the store (stock movement, visual merchandising and cleaning).
What you bring to the team:
- Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers lives and make their day!
- Experience in a customer facing sales/retail role
- Able to commit to a shift pattern & some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Point of Sale systems and EFTPOS facilities.
