Whole Foods Market is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position primarily based in Nelson, NZ, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal support for our accounts, contributing to our mission of providing high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Actively engage with clients through regular communication, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
2. **Account Management:**
- Monitor account health and performance metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met, working closely with sales, marketing, and operations to enhance overall service delivery.
3. **Research & Insights:**
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, customer satisfaction surveys, and potential opportunities.
4. **Problem Solving:**
- Address client problems effectively and efficiently by employing a solutions-oriented approach and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams, ensuring all concerns are dealt with swiftly.
5. **Collaboration & Teamwork:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic initiatives and ensure seamless execution of account support processes.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance team performance and customer support initiatives.
6. **Documentation & Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of account activities, communications, and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of account reviews and presentations, ensuring all data is up to date and well-articulated.
7. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and growth.
**Requirements:**
- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with CRM software.
- Ability to leverage data analytics to derive insights and inform recommendations.
