We are seeking a qualified and motivated Registered Valuer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting residential property valuations, preparing detailed reports, and providing expert advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of properties on Auckland’s north shore as well as work in other areas from time to time
- Analyse market trends and property data to determine accurate valuations
- Prepare detailed valuation reports in compliance with relevant standards
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on local property markets and legislative changes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Registered Property Valuer certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Property
- Proven experience in property valuation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite
