Nurses in General Practice enhance community health and equity, providing advanced care within multidisciplinary teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join us at Gain Health Centre to contribute clinical excellence and community health improvement.
You will work alongside skilled colleagues, supported by dedicated medical center leadership.
The vacancy is for a minimum of 24 hours per week plus relieving, starting as soon as possible. The position may extend to increased hours in future.

Do you have what we are looking for?
- To be a Registered nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate
- Experience in the Primary Health Care sector
- To have a current vaccinator certificate
- To have proficiency in Med tech 32 / Evolution (preferred)
- To preferably be a certificated cervical smear taker
- To have good communication skills
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi
- A commitment to patient health
- Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people at all levels
