A bit about the role:
In this role, you will need to have strong personal values that align with ours, and a work ethic that is second to none, as this will be the true key to your success at Mitre 10 MEGA Petone.
As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to be involved across a broad range of areas and will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers. This is a full-time permanent position available within our Tools department.
Details for the position working hours are as follows:
Monday: 9.30am - 6.00pm
Sunday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
On a daily basis, you will be involved in offering our customers exceptional in-store and after-sales service, answering their queries, assisting them with their purchasing decisions, ensuring stock integrity, merchandising, and improving your product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
