We are located throughout New Zealand, from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island.
Come join our Support Team based in Wellington as a Central Referrals Administrator and contribute to an organisation aiming to improve health outcomes for all New Zealanders.
Key tasks include:
Referrals Administration
- To administer the Central Referrals Administration process in accordance with company and contract policy
- To ensure accurate and consistent loading of designated contracts in our Gensolve operating system
- Ensure contracts are upgraded accurately in our system once approvals are received from funders
To be successful in this role you will:

- Experience with managing complex and confidential client information
- Able to multitask across a significant number of contracts and personal interactions
- Able to work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and engage with different clients

- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office applications
