A leading international company is looking for a skilled Sales/BDM with expertise in pumping systems and Wastewater technologies to join their dynamic team based in Albany, North Shore.

The Role:
As Sales/Business Development Manager for Pumps and Wastewater, you will be responsible for driving growth in North Island by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will use your in-depth knowledge of pumping systems and valves to recommend solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth in Auckland and the North Island region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the wastewater sector.
Provide technical expertise on pumping systems, valves, and wastewater solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and engineering, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the wastewater, pumping, or valve sectors.
Strong technical knowledge of pumps, valves, and related equipment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Results-driven, self-motivated,
and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as required around the North Island.
