We are searching for an experienced Duty Manager, who exudes a high level of professionalism, is a great team player, and loves hospitality. In this highly visible role, as the first point of contact you will provide extraordinary services to our guests while ensuring the smooth operations of the Front Desk department.
The opportunity is for a full-time permanent role with minimum 40 hours of work per week, between Monday to Sunday as per roster.

- Deliver exceptional 5-star service to our guests
- Be responsible for the daily management and operations of the Front Office
- Ensure the smooth running of food and beverage outlets when required
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive, current, and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures, and oversee their implementation
- Represent management in handling of room inquiries, compliments, and complaints
- Coach, counsel, and train team members, providing feedback to enhance performance
Our next superstar will . . .
- Have a minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a Duty Manager role in a hotel environment
- Valid LCQ and Manager's Certificate preferred
- Be confident and empathic when dealing with guests
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Have a high standard of presentation
- Have excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Have good computer skills - Opera knowledge is desired, but not mandatory
