Strategi Group Holdings Limited is the parent company of two subsidiaries, Strategi Limited and Strategi Institute Limited. Strategi Ltd, trading as Strategi Compliance, is our compliance and auditing arm. We undertake over 1000 AML/CFT audits plus compliance assurance reviews for Financial Advice Providers (FAPs) and finance companies. We have also undertaken regulatory licensing work, consultancy, investigations, and ongoing compliance support.
Strategi Institute is a category 1 (highest quality) Tertiary Education Organisation providing education in the financial services, real estate, and aligned professional service industries. Our extensive range of offerings includes NZCFS5(V2) qualifications, micro-credential courses,
specialist courses, AML/CFT training manuals, workplace assessments, recognition of prior learning, corporate consultancy, and RADAR – our online education platform boasting over 200 CPD modules.
Role Purpose
This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to develop a career in marketing within the financial services and educational industry. The role will see you providing your marketing and communication skills across all marketing touchpoints within Strategi Group.
The Marketing Coordinator is accountable for the delivery of:
- EDM campaigns
- Digital marketing collateral
- Print marketing collateral
- Social media and Website
- Coordinate marketing activities across the business
- Manage CRM system and contact databases
- Create or organise promotional materials
- Coordinate and deliver email campaigns via Zoho
- Manage social media channels daily
- Maintain and administer the Strategi Group website(s)
- Via third parties: Review and maintain Google AdWords
- Create promotional PowerPoint slides
- Support sales staff with lead management
- Report on activities, digital conversions, ROI, and suggest performance optimisations
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised with sound administration skills
- An eye for detail
- Customer-centric approach
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Experience coordinating physical and digital marketing campaigns
- Experience writing and editing marketing copy to support digital campaigns, business-as-usual activities, and ad-hoc projects
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and (ideally) Zoho
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms
- Email design using Stripo
- Website design using WordPress and Elementor
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Commercial acumen with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
- Positive attitude and a highly self-motivated disposition
- Ability to collaborate with a team as well as work independently
